At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of May 8, 2013, the name change of Spector Photo Group NV to smartphoto group NV has been approved. The amendment of the articles of association was included in the Annexes to the Belgian Official Gazette of 30 May 2013.<\/p>\n

In the coming days, the name change will also be implemented in the systems of Euronext Brussels.<\/p>\n

This change of name is a final step in the whole process of change since 2005 where the group has transformed itself into one of the leading E-commerce players in the market of personalized photo products.<\/p>\n

Since mid-2011, consumers were approached via the master brand smartphoto\u2122, which is why this name change was the logical next step.<\/p>\n
